If the Goods sent through Transporter Company or supplier or through person from whom the delivery is taken are received by your side as per the acknowledgement of your receipt of goods in good condition then we are not liable subsequently, because Company is not providing any guarantee or warranty on product. Credit Card Liability & Processing Time

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier or transporter. This can range from 24 hours to 15 days for in-stock items, depend on case to case basis.

Transportation & Handling Rates

Transportation and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping / transportation and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.

Any Octroi, Road taxes or any other local taxes would be charged extra as per the policy of the State Government and paid Cash to the transportation Company against the Receipt of the State Government for the particular charge at the time of Delivery.

Further, custom duty or any other tax charges are levied by foreign country will be payable by Client.

Court Jurisdiction:

If any dispute rises between parties, The Jurisdiction of the civil court shall be Mumbai.

Force Majeure

Any failure by a party to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement which is attributable, solely, to Force Majeure shall not be considered as a failure to perform its obligations. Force Majeure for the purpose of this Article shall mean all events beyond the reasonable control of the Parties and shall include, but not be limited to, war, civil commotion, strike, storm, tidal waves flood, epidemic, explosion, fire, lightening, earthquake, acts of governments and the events not controlled, in any way, by the Parties hereto.

The Party facing the Force Majeure situation is to inform the other Party thereof, of Force Majeure situation immediately witnessed by a certificate issued or approved by the Chamber of Commerce of the domicile of the respective party facing the Force Majeure situation.
